On Wednesday, May 20, our father and grandfather was struck by a vehicle and left in the street. He tragically passed away from the injuries he sustained, leaving our family heartbroken and searching for answers. This sudden loss has been incredibly difficult for all of us.
Any support from the community will make a difference as we try to navigate this challenging time. We are also asking for help in identifying the vehicle involved, so that justice can be served and our family can find some peace.
The accident occurred between approximately 4:45 PM – 5:15 PM as he was crossing the street to the park in front of 1006 Echo Park Ave.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, seen suspicious activity, or has surveillance/camera footage from the area, please come forward. Even the smallest piece of information could help bring our grandfather the justice he deserves.
