Support for Glenda’s Liver Transplant

If you’ve ever met Glenda, you have experienced her kindness, strength, and light. Over the past 6 weeks, Glenda has battled serious medical challenges that have left her unable to work. She is diagnosed with end-stage liver disease and kidney failure, and urgently needs a liver transplant.
Glenda has remained hopeful and determined through this emotionally and physically difficult journey. She plans to return to work on April 22, if her condition allows.
She is awaiting placement on the United Network for Organ Sharing transplant list, but the surgery timeline is unclear. When she receives the gift of a new liver, the road to recovery will be long. She will be out of work for a minimum of 8 weeks, possibly longer.
