Gizmo’s Story

Gizmo lives with me and my partner in our home. He’s a cherished 3-year-old indoor cat and a true part of our family. We rescued him and his sister, since then, Gizmo has flourished, bringing love, comfort, and laughter into our home every single day.

Gizmo is my soul kitty—full of personality, playful, affectionate, and always eager to comfort us when we’re feeling down. He loves car rides, follows me everywhere, and greets us with excitement every morning. He even sleeps on my chest every night and licks my face. He’s the sweetest boy, and his joyful spirit lights up our lives.

Recently, Gizmo developed a serious urinary blockage that required emergency treatment at Tanasbourne Veterinary Emergency under the care of Dr. Ashley Crowley. He needed a catheter, IV fluids, careful monitoring, and special food to help him recover and prevent it from happening again.

The cost of Gizmo’s urgent care is more than I can cover right now. Gizmo keeps me grounded and gives me a reason to smile every day. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without him. Any help toward his treatment means the world to us and will help him come home healthy and happy again.
