On April 17, 2026 our family’s world was turned upside down. We unexpectedly lost our beloved Pop, Steve, in a tragic tractor-trailer accident. To most, he was a hardworking truck driver who kept the country moving, but to us, he was a man who lived his life behind the wheel to make sure we were always taken care of.
The Impact: A Life Cut Short
Pop was a hard worker and enjoyed his love for motorcycles. He spent his life on the road to provide for those he loved, and he was the sole provider for our grandmother, Ginny. With 50+ years of marriage, Steve and Ginny shared a lifetime of history, memories and a beautiful family. Because Pop was the sole provider, his sudden passing leaves Mommom not only grieving but also facing an uncertain financial future. We are coming together to make sure she is taken care of, just as she has always taken care of us
The Goal: Supporting Ginny
We are planning a celebration of life to honor his memory and will be following his wishes for cremation. However, as Ginny begins this new, difficult chapter alone, the financial weight of end-of-life expenses and daily living costs is daunting.
We want to ensure that her only focus right now is healing—not how she will manage the bills and expenses of this tragedy. Mommom is never one to ask for help, and is the most selfless person you could ever meet.
If you feel moved to donate, please know that every dollar will go directly toward:
• Cremation and memorial service costs.
• Assisting Ginny with immediate housing and living expenses.
• Helping her transition into this new phase of life without Pop’s income.
If you aren't able to donate, please consider sharing this page or leaving a favorite memory of Pop/ Steve below. Your stories truly bring us more comfort than you know. ❤️
Thank you for your love, prayers, and supports during this impossible time it is greatly appreciated.
