Hi, my name is Wade Novak, and I'm raising funds for the family of Geoffrey DeCarlo, a loving father who recently passed away at 66 years old.

Geoffrey was admitted to the hospital on 10/26 and diagnosed with T-PLL leukemia on 10/29. He began treatment shortly after and stayed positive throughout. Geoffrey kept a positive mindset and held onto hope through it all. The cancer progressed rapidly, causing his deterioration and ultimately losing the battle on February 4, 2026. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Rachel, and survived by both his beloved sons, Thomas and Michael.

Geoffrey was a devoted father, a hard worker, and someone who always showed up for the people he loved.

After his passing, the family has been left with unexpected medical bills and funeral expenses.
