Gemma was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022. After fighting incredibly hard, she believed she had beaten it following a double mastectomy. Sadly, last year, after surgery to remove her ovaries, Gemma learned that the cancer had spread, meaning she is now living with stage 4 cancer.

A few weeks ago, we received the heartbreaking news that the cancer has now spread to her liver. Gemma has started chemotherapy in the hope of keeping it at bay. She is just 41 years old and has two beautiful young girls.

Over the coming months, we’ll be organising bake sales, marathons, muddy runs, and more — not only to raise as much money as we can, but also to keep spirits high and show Gemma just how loved and supported she is.

Half of the money raised will be donated to Cancer Research, and the other half will go directly to this GoFundMe page to support Gemma, our brother, and the girls. This will help them enjoy days out, small trips, and special moments together — creating precious memories without the added worry of financial pressure.
