Today, my niece Anna Odell suffered an unbearable loss of her oldest son, Gavin Odell, who made her a mother.
Gavin Odell, 18, of Canisteo, NY, was called home to the Lord at the scene as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the early morning hours of November 8th in Wellsville, NY.
Gavin is survived by his single mother, Anna Odell, 2 brothers, Luke and Jaymes, and 2 sisters, Emma and Kenna’faye, his maternal grandfather and grandmother Elmer and Kathleen smith.
Gavin was a varsity basketball and football player for Canisteo-Greenwood High School.
Gavin was taken way too soon and unexpectedly.
Having graduated this past year, he was just on the cusp of starting his adult life.
Gavin’s family, having to deal with funeral and burial costs at this unfortunate moment, would appreciate any amount that you can donate to help cover expenses.
