Hello everyone,

My name is not important today. What’s important is honoring someone who meant so much to all of us.

On Sunday, May 10, we unexpectedly lost a member of our Lowe’s family, Gavin Ahistus. His passing has left so many of us heartbroken and struggling to process such a sudden loss. Gavin was more than just a coworker — he was a friend, someone who could make people laugh, brighten a room with his personality, and make work feel a little easier just by being there.

He was deeply loved and appreciated by those who had the privilege of knowing him, and his absence will be felt by many.
