Support for Gastrectomy Recovery

As most of you know I have been battling stomach cancer for almost 2 years now. I am scheduled for a total gastrectomy the 16th of October. Due to some underlying conditions I am extremely high risk and even if everything goes to plan I will still be down for sometime. I’ve had several people ask to help so I thought this would be the quickest way to do that. I’m trusting God to see me through and I am grateful for any and all help.
