Hello, name is Tracey. My husband (Gary) broke his ankle this last weekend and will be out of work for 12 weeks after surgery this Friday. With his short term disability, we will be short roughly 2k a month. We have two kids, with him working long hours, I'm primary caregiver of them during the day. I work nights, will be picking up any overtime I can, but still need to manage my household ultimately by myself while he heals. Of course this also happens around the holidays. Any help is greatly appreciated and very much so needed. Thank you in advance!
