Gail Sullivan

On November 27th, Andrea Popwell’s mother, Gail Sullivan, suffered a significant brain bleed that prompted doctors to tell her daughter that she would not survive. Not only has she survived against all odds, but she had been discharged from the hospital to attend rehabilitation at one of the best brain trauma facilities in the country.  Pop left her home and work here in PSL and moved to Atlanta to be with her mother, oftentimes sleeping in chairs in her mother’s room for weeks on end. 
On March 13th, after 15 weeks of rehabilitation in Atlanta, Gail and Pop returned home.  Gail has spent the last two weeks in a nursing care facility, but then Pop received the devastating news that insurance will no longer cover her stay. 
The strength and continual faith that Pop has had continues to keep her fighting this battle for her mother’s full recovery. 
The incredible support of her family, friends and colleagues has been unwavering. We are asking for any assistance to help Pop cover the personal cost of keeping her mother under skilled nursing care for another two months.
