I am kindly requesting your financial assistance for Little Gabriel, the son of my dear friend Alice. Little Gabriel was born a few months ago with a hole in his heart. While the doctor initially expected the heart to heal on its own. Unfortunately, there has been no improvement in his condition. After further evaluation, the doctors have concluded that Gabriel needs immediate open-heart surgery. 

I started this campaign to assist Alice with Gabriel's medical bills and any additional medical expenses that may arise during his recovery.
