Early this morning, Saturday June 21st, 2025, our beloved Gabriel J. W. Sears—known to many as Gabe or Bubba—was taken from us in a tragic car accident. Gabe was the kind of person who could always make you laugh, no matter the situation. He had a huge heart, a kind soul, and never missed a chance to help someone in need. Anyone who knew him would tell you what a great kid he was, always putting others before himself.

Gabe’s world revolved around his two-year-old daughter, Addie Sears. He was a devoted father, and his love for Addie was clear to everyone who saw them together. The loss of Gabe leaves a tremendous void in our family and in the lives of all who loved him. We are heartbroken and facing the unimaginable as we try to honor his memory and support his little girl.
