My granddaughter Gabbie was born with Down syndrome, and while we are so grateful for her health, she often needs extra medical care. This year has been especially challenging—Gabbie spent a week in the hospital with acute respiratory distress from RSV, and she continues to have frequent trips to the ER and regular doctor visits. Each visit brings new worries and, unfortunately, more bills that quickly add up.

My daughter and her husband are incredibly hardworking parents who do everything they can to provide for Gabbie and their family.
