He supported and raised his kids on top of taking in and supporting other family members' children that were in need. Marty was the type of person that if he ever saw someone in trouble—like a woman on the side of the road changing a tire—he would always stop to lend a hand. Those who knew him felt truly fortunate to have him in their lives.
