Our hearts are shattered as we share the unexpected passing of Lucky, a woman I was blessed to know very well, and someone who meant the world to her family. Anyone who knew her knows she was truly one of a kind.

On Thanksgiving morning, Lucky Lynn collapsed and was rushed to the ER and underwent emergency surgery. It was then that we learned she had cirrhosis of the liver and her organs started to shut down. She fought a short but courageous battle.

Lucky had a heart bigger than Texas. She showed up for everyone, gave even when she had little to give, and could make you laugh on your darkest days. She loved the simple joys: a big pot of crawfish, watching the Houston Texans games, and fishing until the sun dipped low. She lived boldly, loved fiercely, and left a mark on every person lucky enough to cross her path.

During this challenging time, her family is facing the emotional and financial burden of saying goodbye and honoring her memory.

Her passing was sudden, and her family is absolutely heartbroken. They are doing everything they can to give her the memorial she deserves, a celebration as full of life and love as she was.
