Support for Funeral and Medical Costs for a Loving Mother

Hi everyone.

I didn't know my family would be in the position to create this donation so soon. This donation is for my mother's future funeral expenses & medical costs, who was diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast Cancer in 2022 and Stage 4 Stomach Cancer in 2023.

On Sunday night, September 1, 2024, our mother fell unconscious due to aspirating and her aggressive cancer now affecting her lungs. We were given less than a week for our mom. No words can describe this devastating news we received over Labor Day weekend. We are extremely thankful for all the time we were given with our mom, despite the 4-month hospitalization due to untreatable complications from her Feb 2024 gastric cancer surgery.

She has had a long run with radiation treatment and chemotherapy. We had some ups and downs throughout the past 2 years, and it has come to the point where we have exhausted all treatment for my mother.

As she is now transitioned to comfort care & surrounded by loved ones every hour of the day, we ask for your support during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help ease the financial burden for current and future costs.

Funds raised will go towards funeral expenses, medical bills, and supporting the family's immediate needs.

To our mom: Thank you for raising 3 strong girls & supporting our family the past 29 years. It breaks my heart to see you slowly succumb to the disease, but I'm sure grandma is waiting for you up in heaven with her arms wide open. Despite spending 8+ months at the hospital, you have kept a smile on every day, made your nurses laugh with you, & played with your granddaughter every time I visited with her. You truly are a fighter & have showed us true strength during these hard months. We love you so, so much.
