On August 23rd, our family experienced an unimaginable tragedy. My brother was shot and killed while being an innocent bystander. He was simply coming to visit his niece on her birthday to sing “Happy Birthday” — a moment that should have been filled with love and joy.

He leaves behind his beautiful daughter, his loving fiancée, and an entire family who adored him. He was a pillar in our community and dedicated himself as a Parking Enforcement Officer, serving with pride and compassion. But beyond his career, he was a family man at heart — a devoted father, partner, brother, and uncle who always showed up with love and support.

Our hearts are broken as we try to make sense of this loss. We are reaching out for support to help cover funeral expenses and to provide for his daughter and fiancée during this devastating time.
