Hello everyone,

I recently lost my mother, to Cancer. As an only child, I’m so heart broken. If you knew her - she was always a joy to be around. Smiling, joking, always positive and helping people. She never met a stranger, as she always made friends.

She had no prior warnings - of anything. Appeared to be in great shape - until May 2024, when both of her legs swole up. She later felt two knots in her breast, that weren’t there before. No prior Breast Cancer. On September 4th, 2024 we went to the hospital, where we learned the cancer had metastasized - to her lungs and brain. It Spread very quickly! We had no time to process this diagnosis.My mother - was healthy and walked 2 miles a day. Due to her smile and positivity - the Oncologist & Radiologist tried to work fast. Beginning brain radiation - while she was still in the hospital. She was released twice only to be readmitted. As I noticed her breathing was labored and she became weaker.

She found strength to let me know, God told her she’d be leaving me. That I was smart just like her and how much she - admired me! To never ever forget - she’s in my heart.

I was blessed to spend, almost every day of life - with my Mother. Unless I went out of town or out with friends.

Due to the diagnosis and health declining quickly, I was at the hospital every day. Unable to work - trying to be an Advocate for her.

In lieu of flowers, our family is asking for donations to assist with expenses accrued & medical bills due to her needing - ambulatory services for Brain radiation. As well as, Ambulance request, to be taken to alternate hospital.
