Francisco “Frank” Genaro Lemus was more than just a coworker—he was a brother to many in the IBEW Local 440 community. His life was tragically cut short due to a senseless act of violence, leaving his loved ones and work family heartbroken. Frank was a kind and loving father, son, partner, brother, and friend. He always worked hard and took pride in his craft, earning the respect of everyone around him. As a great leader and mentor, Frank inspired those who worked alongside him, and his presence made a lasting impact on all who knew him.

Frank’s passions included fast cars, street bikes, and catching Pokémon, but nothing compared to the love he had for his 10-year-old daughter and 15-year-old son. He was the main provider for his family, and his absence leaves a tremendous void. His contagious smile and soft spirit will be missed dearly, but his memories will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
