It is with sadness in our hearts we must lay Frank Anthony Vigil, Loved Husband, Father, and Grandfather to rest. he was the neighborhood uncle that always had a smile or some good advice and some damn fine barbeque. Anytime he was on the grill the entire neighborhood knew where to go. A union painter for the city of walnut creek for 30+ years. He also worked in the city housing authority trying to help find homes and education for those in need. Sadly his life was cut short by cancer. he was taken relatively quickly and somewhat unexpectedly. The family has been hit with medical and burial costs. any help is greatly appreciated.
