It is with great sadness we announce the tragic passing of Francis Howard Rochon III.

Francis was loved by his family and will leave a huge void for all who are left behind to process this tragedy. Francis leaves behind his two beautiful children, April Willow and Elijah William. He loved his children and always wanted to ensure they were well cared for.

As the family processes this unexpected loss, we are asking for your financial assistance as we make arrangements to lay him to rest in Utqiagvik later this month. We will also have a service in Anchorage for friends and family to remember Francis. Details for his services will come as the family makes final preparations.
