Frances is a woman of many hats. An incredible wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, she carries on with quiet strength, devotion to her family, and a commitment to her career. Even when her own body is tired, Frances shows up for those she loves. This chapter has moved quickly, more quickly and unexpectedly than we could have planned for, turning life upside down for her and for everyone who loves her, especially her family.

The focus now is comfort, and surrounding Frances with as much love and peace as possible. Her family is doing everything they can to be present—advocating for her care, managing her needs, and ensuring that she is not alone in any moment. We’re spending as much time with her as we can, just being together and supporting each other. It’s heavy, and on top of the emotions, the financial side of her year-long battle with stage IV cancer and hospice care has been overwhelming.

Any support helps ease that stress and gives our family peace of mind, so we can focus on what really matters—being there for her and for one another.
