Hi everyone, my name is Summer & I’m reaching out on behalf of my good friend Vanessa Fernandez & her family. Señor Fernandez, whom is all their treasured & beloved father, grandfather, and husband. He has become severely ill without any future recovery in sight. The Fernandez’ are heartbroken & are facing a critical challenge due to a sudden decline in his health over these last few months. He has been in & out of hospital weekly, not able to walk independently. The family is deeply devastated to say the least. He now needs oxygen & is being visited by the home health nurses. The family was told today, that he will soon start hospice. He will stay at home to be in the comfort of his home & to be surrounded by his loved ones.

I’m asking if you can help support the Fernandez Family towards the end of life costly expenses that come.
