Support for Fenner Family After Tragedy

My name is Rebecca and I've created this on behalf of my cousin Neil Fenner, his wife Makenna, and their daughter Raven. They are also expecting their second child in just a few short months!

Neil and Makenna have experienced heartbreaking losses due to a fire to their home. Not only have they lost their stable housing, they have lost 2 pets, and all of their belongings. Neil and Makenna were in a rent to own situation where they had been using their own finances, and energy, to fix up the home they were living in in preparation to buy it. Due to the arrangement they had it will be very unlikely that they will get any money from insurance claims. They are back to square one- with a 9 month old daughter and another child due in July. What is more tragic and disheartening is that they had a terribly similar situation while expecting their first child. They were forced to move mid-pregnancy due to home damage from a tornado.

I am asking for donations for them to help them get back on their feet, and hopefully in to a place on their own as soon as possible with their growing family. In addition for the monetary items they have lost. They have also incurred costly vet expenses for their pets who were in the house during the fire. Two of the pets unfortunately did not survive even after treatment.

We are thanking God for the fact that Neil, Makenna, Raven, and their unborn child were not harmed during the fire. The truth that God has protected them is not overlooked or taken for granted. Even so the loss of a home, beloved pets, and all belongings is tremendous. The grief they are experiencing is great, so please pray- especially for Makenna as she carries their precious child and cares for their first. Also pray for Neil as he leads his family. Pray for God's comfort through this and that they could truly see beauty come from these ashes.
