Support for Felix on his Recovery
Hi Everyone,
Asking for help is hard, but sometimes it’s needed…
On Friday, July 30th, 2021, our dear friend Felix suffered a life changing locomotive accident while at work resulting in the loss of both his legs. As of August 10th, he has had 5 surgeries and there are still many more to go. The road ahead will be long with many months of recovery and rehabilitation.
Felix is 31 years old, active and hardworking man. On his days off, he enjoyed playing paintball with his friends, spending time with his family and playing/teaching his son, Diego (8yrs old), sports. He was the main provider for his family.
We are asking for assistance to help relieve some of the financial strain that unfortunately Felix and his wife Blanca will encounter. Any donations are greatly appreciated and will be used to help pay for bills during these hard times so that the family can focus on his healing.

Pedir ayuda es difícil, pero a veces es necesario …
El viernes 30 de julio de 2021, nuestro compadre Félix sufrió un accidente locomotora en el trabajo que le cambió la vida y le provocó la pérdida de ambas piernas. Hasta hoy, ha tenido 5 cirugías y todavía quedan muchas más. El camino por recorrer será largo con muchos meses de recuperación y rehabilitación.
Felix tiene 31 años, activo y trabajador. En sus días libres, disfrutaba jugando paintball con sus amigos, pasando tiempo con su familia y jugando / enseñandole deportes a su hijo Diego (8 años). Fue el principal proveedor de su familia.
Estamos pidiendo ayuda para aliviar parte de la carga financiera que desafortunadamente Félix y su esposa, Blanca Carrillo, encontrarán. Cualquier donación es muy apreciada y se utilizará para ayudarlos a pagar gastos medicos y de la casa durante estos tiempos difíciles para que puedan concentrarse en su curación.
