Support for Tony’s Recovery and Medical Expenses

On Thursday June 20th our father Tony Palumbo collapsed through his porch roof, falling nearly 12 feet and landing on cement stairs below. Due to his fall and impact he currently has 6 broken thoracic vertebrae, 2 broken ribs, a subdural hematoma (brain bleed) and a laceration on his kidney. He was transported to ECMC by mercy flight where my sister and I spent several days and nights sitting by his side. With his current injuries Tony is unable to work, and my sisters and I’s work schedules are limited as we continue to provide care for him as he recovers. We have several appointments scheduled in the Buffalo area as we try to continue to plan his recovery, still unsure what the future holds we are trying to remain hopeful.

As difficult as it is to ask for help, as we await for his disability, we have to maintain doctors appointments, and provide his care . Anyone who knows my dad knows he is a loving and caring man who would do anything for anyone in need. I hope we can come together and lift any burdens financially for our family so we can focus on the one thing that matters most.. his health and his recovery.
