Johnny has always been a pillar of strength and inspiration in his community. His wife Teri has bravely battled an auto-immune disorder for years, enduring frequent hospitalizations and ongoing medical care. Recently, Johnny—the family’s sole provider—has also faced serious health challenges, including multiple hospitalizations due to strokes, stroke-like symptoms and a blocked carotid artery leading to a heart attack . Over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, both he and Teri were hospitalized at the same time, leaving their family in a state of crisis. Johnny is currently in the hospital awaiting surgery.

With Johnny unable to work and no sick time or short-term benefits available, the family’s finances have been stretched to the breaking point. Their household, which includes their granddaughter, is struggling to keep up with daily expenses, medical bills, and even basic needs like mortgage and vehicle payments. Reliable transportation is essential for Johnny’s job and for getting Teri to her many medical appointments and procedures. The family is also responsible for daycare payments for their granddaughter, adding to the mounting stress.

Through it all, Johnny has continued to provide spiritual inspiration and prayer to others, both in person and to his large following on Facebook. He has always been there for those in need, sharing scripture and encouragement with anyone willing to accept it. Now, his family needs the community’s help.
