For years, my family has worked together to share life responsibilities and cover the cost of living, especially as we care for our two adult disabled sons. Our main source of income has come from Sebastian's work as a phlebotomist. Now, everything has changed. Sebastian, my co-parent and roommate, has been diagnosed with colon cancer. After major surgery and with chemotherapy ahead, he can't work, and our household has lost its main source of income.

We're doing everything we can to keep our family afloat, but we have no buffer or financial safety net at this point. I need time to find a job and secure assistance from the State and government, but in the meantime, we're struggling to cover rent, bills, food, and out-of-pocket medical costs. We're reaching out for help because we know that even a small amount of support can make a huge difference.
