Urgent Support Needed for Family (and pets) Devastated by House Fire

Hello,

I'm the Medical Director at VEG ER for pets (Veterinary Emergency Group) in Sugar Land, TX.

On the night of August 6th, 2025, one of our clients experienced a heartbreaking tragedy — a house fire that destroyed their home and claimed the lives of several beloved pets. Five of their surviving animals are currently in our hospital being treated for smoke inhalation and other fire-related injuries.

This family has lost so much and hasn’t even had the chance to process what comes next. They are in urgent need of support — not only for their pets' ongoing veterinary care, but also for the most basic human essentials: food, shelter, toiletries, and clothing.
