We are asking for help during an incredibly difficult time for our family. Our loved one was on his way home from work one evening when he was struck by a car going approximately 60 miles per hour. This tragic accident has left him with severe injuries, and he has been in the ICU ever since. He is facing a long and challenging road to recovery, having suffered multiple serious injuries, including a broken neck, a broken arm, a broken leg, and extensive fractures to one side of his face. He recently had a feeding tube and tracheostomy placed as part of his ongoing care.

His mother, who is his primary support, lives about two and a half hours away from the hospital. She has been traveling back and forth constantly to be by his side, as doctors have encouraged her to stay with him, speak to him, and help stimulate his recovery. While she is retired, she was still working to support herself—but due to these circumstances, she has been unable to work. The cost of gas, travel, and daily expenses has become a heavy financial burden on her, all while she is doing everything she can to support her son during this critical time.

The funds raised will help cover medical bills, travel expenses, and daily living costs so his mother can continue supporting him during his recovery.
