My mom (Gilda) suffered from diabetes, and from mid-January 2025, liver cirrhosis due to diabetes attacked mercilessly. Mommy was the most loving and generous person. She gave us more than any mother could. She deserved all the care and love possible. My mom just passed away after 2 months of intense struggle. My mom lived in Peru (South America) so expenses were out of budget: 2 last-minute trips to Peru, preparing home to be ready for her and all the attention she would need, paying a salary for a private nurse, and finally, paying for all funeral services. I had to stop working, making it way difficult to pay bills and expenses for my family, including my 2 kids (one of them being autistic).
