Two separate tragedies two weeks apart have devastated one family. My 17-year-old nephew was in a near-fatal dirt bike accident on June 5th. He was taken to UPMC Presby in critical condition that night and transferred to Children's Hospital on the 16th, where he is expected to remain for the next several months.

On Thursday, June 19th, his 11-year-old autistic brother was hit by a truck near Canal Basin Park in Hollidaysburg and subsequently taken and admitted Children's Hospital pediatric ICU.

This family will need to remain at the Children's Hospital for months. The mother is unable to return to work at this as she needs to stay with both of her children, and the expenses are continuing to mount.

This family has a long journey ahead. Any assistance and all prayers to help them maintain through this difficult time would be greatly appreciated.
