Last year, three of my five children and I were involved in a serious car accident that changed our lives. Since then, my youngest has had to undergo three surgeries. With her most recent surgery, I have to miss two weeks of work to care for her, which adds even more strain to our situation. I have spent countless hours at the hospital and at home caring for my children, and because of this, I have missed a significant amount of work, making it difficult to keep up with our living expenses and provide the stability my family needs.
