Our family is walking through one of the most difficult and unexpected seasons of our lives. Our daughter, Haley, recently experienced a sudden and severe placental abruption that led to an emergency C-section. In a matter of moments, everything changed. Her sweet baby girl, Everly Rowan Tyler, was born at just 26 weeks. Weighing only 2lbs and 4oz Everly is so tiny, fragile, and already fighting so hard for her life. Everly is now in the NICU, where she will remain for at least the next 14 weeks as she grows stronger and receives the critical, specialized care she needs. Every single day is a step forward, but the road ahead is long and uncertain.

During delivery, Haley lost a significant amount of blood, and we were told more than once that this situation was life-threatening. We are incredibly grateful she is still here, but her recovery will take time. She will require ongoing medical care, including daily injections for the next six weeks to prevent complications. Because of Everly’s condition, Haley is unable to return to work and needs to be by her baby’s side during this critical time.

As a family, we are now facing overwhelming emotional and financial challenges including extended hospital stays, mounting medical bills, essential living expenses, and preparing for any specialized care or equipment Everly may need when she is strong enough to come home. We are asking for help during this incredibly difficult time.
