Support For Evan Sutherland & Family

Donation protected
In October of 2014 Evan Sutherland was 12 years old when he discovered he had rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) a rare type of cancer that forms in soft tissue. He underwent 42 weeks of chemotherapy and 28 courses of radiation, Between October 2014 and February of 2019 he was cancer-free. Unfortunately in March of 2019 the cancer had returned. Even endured 8 hours of invasive surgery to remove the tumor, then 36 weeks of chemotherapy. He did not respond to the chemotherapy and started radiation treatments, twice daily, on March of 2020.

The battle is not over. Evan has completed 16 radiation treatments since, and is having an IV treatment called Poly/MVA. There will be no more chemotherapy.

Evan is a typical 17 year-old who loves hockey, football, fast cars, and his girlfriend of two years, as well as his close-knit group of friends he calls his brothers. He is the baby of the family with two older brothers and a sister,  a bulldog named Gucci and a puppy named Louis.

Evan is a true warrior and hero. He will never give up.

The cost of Evan's care above and beyond what is available through the government is approximately $3600/month. This is an extraordinary burden that we are seeking your help with. Our goal is to raise enough for three months treatment. Of course, we would love to go higher than that!
