Chef Eric was a bright light in the lives of many. Late Tuesday night Eric suffered a medical episode and passed away. We lost one of the truly good ones.

Eric is survived by his parents Marsha and Warren, whom Eric loved very deeply. We are raising funds through this GoFundMe to help Eric’s parents with funeral costs and life transition in this overwhelmingly difficult time.
