It is with profound sorrow and a heavy heart that I share the devastating loss of my beloved brother, Eric, who passed away on 01/20/2026. Eric proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, a role he carried with great honor, strength, and dedication. Despite his unwavering commitment to others, he faced significant personal challenges that placed an immense burden on his heart and mind. Over time, these struggles took a toll on his mental health, and tragically, Eric lost his battle and took his own life.

Eric was the rare kind of person who would give without hesitation—his time, his strength, and even the shirt off his back—to anyone in need. To me, he was not only my brother, but my closest friend and lifelong protector. To our family, he was a devoted son, a cherished brother, and a source of unwavering love and loyalty. Above all, Eric was an extraordinary father. His greatest pride and deepest love were his two children, whom he adored beyond words and for whom he worked tirelessly to provide, protect, and guide. They were his world, and his love for them will forever live on through every memory and every life he touched.

Eric is deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who knew him—family, relatives, friends, fellow service members, and everyone whose life was made better by his kindness and generosity.

During this incredibly difficult time, I am humbly reaching out to ask for assistance with the expenses related to Eric’s funeral and memorial services. This request is made with great humility, as recent financial hardships have added an additional challenge to an already heartbreaking moment.
