Erica is our maintenance person at Westwood Apartments, and she represents everything we value in our community. She is dedicated to her work, always going above and beyond to care for our tenants. Her integrity, loyalty, and genuine kindness have touched the lives of everyone she meets. Erica is truly amazing, and her presence makes Westwood Apartments a better place for all of us.

Tragically, Erica's 20-year-old son, Jose Ortiz Alvarez, passed away in a car accident on January 24th. Jose was a beloved father, husband, son, brother, and friend. His loss has left a deep void in the lives of his family and everyone who knew him. As Erica and her family face this unimaginable grief, they are also confronted with unexpected funeral expenses and immediate financial needs.

We are coming together as a community to support Erica and her family during this difficult time. The funds raised will help cover funeral expenses and provide immediate support as they navigate the days ahead. Our apartment and property management company will also be making contributions.
