Please help us! Equasia Vaughn was a single mother of two beautiful daughters. She left home early in the morning to get groceries while her children slept, but she never made it back home. After searching for her with no results, police were notified. Her mother, Chauntay, was notified in New Orleans and flew to California to look for her daughter and to support her grandchildren who were left alone. With her grandchildren distraught and missing their mother, Chauntay intensely sought to find Equasia with the help of family who contacted the local media. After nearly three weeks, the unfortunate news came that Equasia had been found murdered and her body abandoned in a vacant apartment. The investigation into Equasia’s murder is still ongoing, and her family is heartbroken and can’t understand why someone would murder Equasia, who has helped everyone and would give you the shirt off her back.
