A few months ago, our lives changed in an instant. My stepdad—our rock, our protector, our constant source of laughter—suffered a sudden, devastating stroke. In the chaos of that moment, he fell down three flights of stairs. The damage was severe. He was rushed into emergency brain surgery, and our family sat in the waiting room praying for a miracle. By the grace of God, he survived—but the stroke and fall left him paralyzed on the left side of his body.
He now faces a long and difficult road to recovery. He will need more surgeries, countless hours of physical therapy, and more medical care. The hospital bills from his first surgery are already overwhelming, and the cost of his upcoming procedures feels impossible to face alone. But we refuse to give up on him, because he hasn’t given up on us.
We’re asking for help—not because it’s easy, but because it’s necessary. Every single donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward his medical bills, rehabilitation, and the care that will give him the best chance at regaining his independence. If you can’t give, please share his story. Your kindness, prayers, and support mean more than words can ever say.
Thank you and God Bless,
Madison Rinehart
