On July 28, 2019, Emmanuel celebrated his 20th birthday. 
In the early morning of July 30, 2019, Emmanuel was found unconscious while convulsing on the bathroom floor. It was later determined that he suffered a series of seizures and later a massive stroke. Later that evening doctors declared him brain dead. 
Emmanuel was a caring and selfless young man. He worked to support his family. He knew the importance of being an organ donor for he had seen first hand the benefits of being a donor. While our family is devastated by the this tragic lost we find solace in knowing that he will live on through others. 
All funds collected will be utilize to pay for his memorial service and cremation.
