Support for Emma Potter – A Journey of Hope and Healing
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-hearted Strangers,
We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for our friend Emma Potter, a 25-year-old woman from Kingston, Nova Scotia, who has found herself facing an unimaginable challenge. Emma is a sweet, funny, and caring person who is currently in her second year of the practical nursing program and is working hard to make a difference in the world.
However, life took an unexpected turn when Emma recently suffered a medical emergency that left her struggling with what is believed to be a loss of kidney function, though an official diagnosis has yet to be confirmed. Emma is lucky to be alive, but she has had to endure multiple rounds of dialysis, countless tests, and numerous procedures at the Yarmouth hospital.
Throughout this difficult time, Emma has had to miss her exams and work, and her fiancé, Mack, has been by her side, staying in hotels in Yarmouth to offer support and comfort. The emotional and financial toll on both of them and their families has been immense, and our hope is to relieve some of that burden so they can focus on what matters most—Emma’s healing and recovery.
We are asking for your help to cover the expenses that have been piling up. The funds will go directly to Emma and Mack to help with the costs of gas, hotel stays, and the growing bills that they are facing during this challenging time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a world of difference and bring them some peace of mind during this trying period.
Emma and Mack are incredibly grateful for the support of their community, and your kindness will provide them with the strength to keep going, one day at a time.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your generosity, prayers, and support. It means the world to them.
With love and gratitude,
