Hi everyone, My name is Emily, and I’m reaching out during one of the hardest times my family has ever faced. My dad has suffered a heart attack, and our world has been turned upside down. Through ultrasounds and heart catheterization doctors have found multiple blockages that is unfortunately leading to open heart surgery. He is currently in the hospital receiving care, and while we are incredibly grateful that he is still with us, the road ahead is uncertain. He is going to be transported to Morgantown for further care. He is facing not only a long recovery, but also mounting medical bills and time away from work.

My dad is the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. He has always been there for our family and others, and now he needs support more than ever. As a family, we are doing everything we can to stay strong and be there for him, but the financial burden is overwhelming. We are asking for help to cover hospital and medical expenses, medications and follow-up care, lost income during recovery, and daily living expenses while he heals.

We are not the people to seek outside help but any donation, no matter how small, would mean the world to us.
