Hello, my name is Elsa. I never imagined having to do this for anyone, let alone my dad. He passed away on Monday, June 30, at the age of 63. He was on dialysis for his kidney failure. He lived in Mexico with my mom.

 

In the past year we had to cover multiple hospital stays. The last hospital stay he had to start dialysis due to the kidney failure which resulted in more financial strain to cover dialysis treatments 3times a week. He Also he had his leg amputated a few years ago he couldn’t work. Even though we knew he was ill and this could happen we were never prepared for this heart ache and the cost to lay him to rest.My dad was a hardworking person since he came from Mexico. He always gave us love and support and gave my siblings and me a lot of advice. No matter what, he was always there for anyone that needed help.

My heart is in pieces knowing that we won’t be able to see him or talk to him, but I know he is pain-free and resting in peace. We love you, Dad.
