Ellen Araula was the mother of three of my closest friends, and she was truly a remarkable woman. She opened her doors to so many people—whether it was her daughters’ friends who needed a place to stay or anyone who needed a helping hand. Ellen was generous, a go-getter, and someone who always put others first. She created opportunities for people to earn income and raised some of the best people I know. Her kindness and strength touched everyone around her, and her impact will be felt for years to come.

Sadly, Ellen passed away suddenly, leaving her family and friends heartbroken. The costs of funeral arrangements and services have placed a heavy burden on her loved ones during an already difficult time. We want to come together to honor Ellen’s memory and support her family as they navigate this loss.
