Support for Elizabeth's next round of treatment

Elizabeth is a dear friend of mine and many. She is an endlessly loyal partner, a fierce and protective dog mother, a lover of all living creatures, embracing the endless grind, and a master at swerving to life's curve balls.

Unfortunately, Elizabeth was unexpectedly diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma during the pandemic. The diagnosis was a shock because if you know Beth, you know that she radiates health, life, and vivaciousness.

Through the help of her community, funds were raised to help pay for a small portion of her cancer treatment. As you may know, health insurance in the U.S. only covers a limited amount of procedures and comes with high deductibles, especially when you need its coverage the most! However, the financial support that her loved ones could offer her during this time took some of the stress away so she could focus on getting better.

Unfortunately, in June 2022, through being highly in tune with her body, she realized that cancer had returned, which was confirmed recently by recent pet scans earlier this month. She will begin treatment in a week, and bills are starting to add up as she hasn't met the deductible. Even when the deductible is met, she will be responsible for paying the out-of-pocket expenses that arise with long-term chemotherapy treatment.
