My name is Elizabeth, and I am raising funds for myself and my daughter, Kaitlin, after the sudden loss of my husband, John Gallup Jr. He was a devoted husband and a loving father, and his passing has left us absolutely heartbroken. John had always been healthy, so when he began experiencing minor health issues just a month ago, we never imagined it would lead to something so devastating. After a series of tests, we learned he had an aggressive form of cholangiocarcinoma, and from diagnosis to his passing was only a matter of days.


Family and friends have encouraged me to set up this fundraiser to help with the overwhelming expenses we are now facing. The funds raised will go directly toward covering memorial expenses, hospital and test copays, and helping us manage living expenses as we try to adjust to our new normal.
