Our hearts are heavy as we share that my beloved sister Elisa is currently in the ICU after suffering a sudden heart attack at just 44 years old. This has been completely unexpected, and our family is still trying to process how quickly life can change. We are thankful she is still with us. Thank God her heart was not completely compromised. She is the one who shows up without being asked, who gives even when she has little, and who lifts people up when they are at their lowest. She has spent her life helping those around her—now she needs us.
