Every cent of this fund is going to Elijah's mom, Melissa Aldeus, to ensure she can get her son moved from Georgia to Ohio, she can pay for the funeral that her son deserves, and she can overcome time lost from work as she coordinates funeral arrangements and Igoes through the grieving process. No amount of money will make her feel better about the loss of her son, but the goal is to allow her to focus on laying her son to rest without having to stress over money.
